Yarnall Johnson ANNIE E., wife of ROBERTJOHNSON, died at her home on East Franklin street, yesterday. She was in the seventy-second year of her age. Death was due to paralysis. She was a daughter of the late EDWARD and ABBIE YARNALL. She is survived by three children: Mrs. LENA DEWEY (DUEY), Mrs. ABBIE LONG and LACEY (ROBERT) JOHNSON. Mrs. JOHN E. THOMAS and Mrs. LEWIS RODENBOH are sisters of the deceased and MENTOR YARNALL a brother. The funeral will be held from her late residence, Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Interment will be made at Media Cemetery. Anna E. Yarnall Johnson The death is announced, after a long illness, in Media, of Mrs. ANNA E. YARNALL JOHNSON, wife of ROBERT JOHNSON, of Media, in the 71st year of her age. Her husband is a well known former mill employee and a veteran of the Civil War, known in G. A. R. circles. The surviving children are Mrs. ABBIE LONG, of Media; Mrs. LENA DEWEY (DUEY) and LACEY JOHNSON. Mrs. JOHNSON was a sister of JOSPEH YARNALL, of West Goshen township, and was the oldest of thirteen brothers and sisters of the family. She was a devout Christian and took a leading part in religious work during her long life. JOHNSON----On January 9, 1917, ANNIE E. YARNALL, wife of ROBERT JOHNSON, in her 71st year. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services on Friday at 3 o'clock, at her late residence, 510 East Franklin street, Media, Pa. Interment at Media Cemetery. 13 January 1917 Saturday Chester Times Page: 3 "Funeral of Mrs. Johnson" Relatives and friends gathered at the home of ROBERT JOHNSON, 510 East Franklin street, yesterday afternoon, that they might be present at the funeral services held for his wife, ANNA E. YARNALL JOHNSON, who died Tuesday after a long illness. Rev. Benjamin HOPE, pastor of the First Baptist Church, was in charge. He was assisted by Rev. Henry S. NOON, of the First Methodist Episcopal Church. There were a number of beautiful floral offerings from relatives and friends, there was a large spray from the Knights of Malta. Interment was made at Media Cemetery. The pall bearers were: HARRY ROGERS, ALBERT H. YARNALL, HARRY WHITE, JOSEPH YARNALL, JOHN YARNALL and JOHN E. THOMAS. The deceased was in the seventy- first year of her age. She was the oldest of thirteen brothers and sisters.
