         Funeral services for HARRY J. MAKIVER, prominent Delaware county
     attorney, who died at his home, 13 East Fourth street, Media, will be held
     held from his late residence, Friday afternoon at 3:30 o' clock. Friends
     may call tomorrow evening.
 
         Survivors of Mr. MAKIVER include, his widow, Mrs. MARGARET PENNOCK
     MAKIVER; a son, JOHN S. P. MAKIVER; a sister, Mrs. CHANNING, widow of
     Dr. William Channing, of New Bedford, Mass., and two grandchildren, JAY and   
     SALLY MAKIVER, of Hillbrook road, Haverford.
