                        "Miss Catherine K. Nichols"

            Miss CATHERINE KNOWLES NICHOLS, a life-long resident of
        Glenolden, and last of the NICHOLS Family in this section, died
        today after a year's illness. Since Easter she had been confined to
        bed in her home, 39 East Glenolden avenue.
            Miss NICHOLS took an active part in the affairs of the Glenolden
        Presbyterian Church, and the Women's Club of Glenolden. She has
        no known close relatives.
            Rev. CHARLES F. DEININGER will conduct services at the
        Glenolden Presbyterian Church Saturday afternoon. Interment will
        be private in the KNOWLES cemetery, Glenolden.
