              Mrs. Jennie C. (nee Custer) Nicholson

            Mrs. JENNIE C. NICHOLSON, a life-long resident of
        Delaware county and member of the old CUSTER 
        family at Media, will be buried tomorrow afternoon from
        her home, 205 South Sixth street, Darby, with interment
        in (Old) Union Methodist Episcopal cemetery, Hinkson
        Corner, Wallingford.
            Mrs. NICOLSON was the widow of GEORGE
        NICHOLSON, who died twenty years ago. She was
        79 years old and enjoyed good health until four years
        ago. Last week she slipped on her bathroom floor,
        causing an injury which hastened her death on
        Friday. She was a member of the Stone Ladies'
        Auxiliary in Collingdale and the auxiliary to the
        Collingdale Fire Company, No. 1.
            One daughter, Mrs. JOHN HOYER, of Darby;
        four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren
        survive; also a brother, FRANK CUSTER, of Media.
