CHILD DIED.-Carrie F., a little daughter of Mr. John B. Roach, died at the 
residence of her grandparents, Fifth avenue, New York city, yesterday, from 
whooping cough, aged four months and twenty-three days.  The funeral will take 
place on Tuesday, in New York city.

ROACH.-At the residence of her grand parents, on Sunday, January 15th, Carrie 
F., daughter of John B. and Carrie Raoch, aged 4 months and 23 days.
  Funeral on Tuesday, January 17th, at one o'clock p. m., from 624 Fifth 
avenue, New York.
