Ellenzie S. Shaw
  Employed at General Steel
  Ellenzie S. Shaw, 58, husband of Bervenia Jacobs Shaw, of 750 Ashland ave., 
Eddystone, died Tuesday afternoon at Taylor hospital after a short illness.
  Mr. Shaw was employed at General Steel Castings Co., as general foreman of 
the mechanical department.  He had lived in Chester since 1918 and in 
Eddystone for the last nine years.
  Surviving in addition to his wife are his mother, Mrs. Ellen Shaw, Chester; 
two sons, Leroy, Philadelphia, and Ellenzie jr., Boothwyn; seven daughters, 
Mrs. Bervenia Winner, Glen Mills; Mrs. Evelyn McCormick, Chester; Mrs. Emily 
Vernon, Green Ridge; Mrs. Margaret Crystle; Highland Gardens; Mrs. Betty 
Sides, Jean Shaw and Eileen Shaw, at home.
  He also leaves three brothers, William, Chester; Edgar, Yeadon, and George, 
Linwood; one sister, Mrs. Helen Hoopes and 10 grandchildren.
  The funeral will be held Saturday morning at 10 from his late residence, 750 
Ashland ave., Eddystone.  Interment will be in Lawn Croft Cemetery.  Friends 
my call Friday evening.

Deaths
SHAW-On June 12, 1951, Ellenzie S. Sr., husband of Bervenia Shaw nee Jacobson, 
aged 58 years.
  Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral on 
Saturday morning at 10 o'clock at his late residence, 750 Ashland Ave., 
Eddystone.  Interment at Lawn Croft Cemetery.  Friends may call Friday evening.
