            ISAAC O'NEIL WILLIAMS, 77, of 455 Washington Ave.,
        Media, died Friday at home after an illness of three weeks.
            He was born in St. Kitts, British West Indies, and had
        been a resident of Media for 42 years. He worked as a
        landscape gardener for a number of years.
            He is survived by three sons, RALPH and MARCUS,
        both of Philadelphia, WALTER of Cincinnati, Ohio; four
        daughters, Mrs. HILDA SEENEY of Cheyney; Miss
        FLORENCE and MILDRED WILLIAMS at home, Mrs.
        BLANCHE CARTER of Philadelphia; 10 grandchildren.
            The funeral will be Wednesday at 8 p.m. at the
        Pinkston funeral home, 17 W. 3rd st., Media. Friends
        may call from 6 to 8 preceding the service. Burial will be
        in EDEN Cemetery, Collingdale, Thursday at 10 a.m.
