Elizabeth Poole and John Sellers, who lived in Millbourne, Delaware 
County, Pa. They owned Millbourne Mills. Elizabeth Poole born April 28, 1792 and 
died January 3, 1859 was daughter of William Poole and Elizabeth Sharpless. 
Elizabeth married John Sellers on April 10, 1817 in Wilmington, Delaware. John 
Sellers born September 29, 1789 and died July 20, 1878 was the son of John 
Sellers and Mary Coleman. They are both buried at Darby Friends Burial Grounds. 
Their daughter Frances Sellers married Eli Garrett, the son of Thomas Garrett 
and Rachel Mendenhall. John Sellers and Thomas Garrett were very good friends in 
Upper Darby area of Delaware County, Pa. John and Elizabeth Poole Sellers had a 
son William Sellers that established Edgemoor Iron Works in 1868 and Eli Garrett 
was the treasurer.
