Garrett House on Dennison Ave near Clifton Heights, Pa. This home was 
built by Thomas Garrett, husband of Sarah Price, in 1812. Thomas owned the land 
to Darby Creek where he owned the mills. The mills and land were later sold to 
the Kent family.
