To wife Easter all real and other estate during life, after her decease
to be divided among children. Joseph, Susanna and Margaret.

Executrix: wife Easter.
Witnesses: Thos. Giffing, Jos. Moulder.
[Joseph was about 7, Susanna about 5 and Margaret about 2 at their
father's death.]
