May 4, 1786 - March 5, 1792. To son Ephraim, the dwelling house together with the land from the great road down to the long stump in the road leading to Darby Creek ferry &c. - mentions land of John HOOF. Reserves the weaving shop and loom for son Jonas while he behaveth, son Ephraim to make up £15 to be paid to daughter Ann COWEN when she arrives at eighteen years, she being allowed to live with him without hinderance, son William to get tenement occupied by William SMITH and ground to the above mentioned stump.
