Delaware Co Wills, 1789-1834


ELY, SARAH, Nether Providence.
June 16, 1801 - December 27, 1802.
To daughter Esther and heirs, a house and land inherited from father; 
also lot purchased of John DARLINGTON and Esther his wife. To son 
Joshua in satisfaction of any demands gives two lots adjoining above 
one bought of brother John DICKS, the other of Peter DICKS.
Exrs: James HINKSON son of John HINKSON and Esther ELY my daughter.
Wits: Roger DICKS and Frederick DICKS.
[Note: Signature if "ELLY" also in probate gives "Esther ELLY."] #206.
