June 17, 1790 - March 20, 1792. To my relation Edward FELL all my real estate together with my right in 84 acres in lower Providence held in joint tennancy with John HENCOCK, Jr. Interest of £350 to be paid by him to my sister Ann during her life, also the interest of £50 to his sister Hannah FELL, also one hundred pounds to Henry and Mary HOLLAND, children of Henry HOLLAND, under care of Warrington Meeting and in case of their death, to surviving children of Henry HOLLAND. Thomas HOLLAND, son of Thomas HOLLAND, December'd., to have £75 when he arrives at 21 years, also to William son of William MARSHALL £75 - mentions Joseph RHOADS and Hugh LOWNES as trustees for £50 toward the promoting of a school near Springfield Meeting House. Relation Deborah, wife of William McMULLIN and Deborah wife of David HALL and her sister Sarah wife of Benjamin TAYLOR. To Joseph GREEN (wife's name Lydia), also Hannah and Sushanah ROBINSON (relations) of Cocker mouth in the county of Cumberland in Great Britton, also Ithamar HOLLAND grandson of Henry HOLLAND, December'd., and other grandchildren of same, descended from his daughter Deborah McMULLN. Relations David HALL and Edward FELL to be executors, receiving for services a lot in the Borrow of Wilmington. Codicil February 28, 1792. Wits: William WEST and Joseph RHOADS.
