Province of Pennsylvania to wife (not named) 8 pounds, son Joel 10£, 
daughter Jane HAZARD 3 pounds, daughter Mary HAZARD 5 shillings, 
daughter Phebe HAZARD £6 if it is to spare, son Ely HAZARD £6 - 
mentions that Richard BLACKHAM left £10 to be divided among children.
