Delaware Co Wills, 1789-1834

HIBBERD, ISAAC, Upper Darby.
February 27, 1795 - May 23, 1797.
Devises to son Joseph and heirs west end of plantation as per agreement 
of April 1783 touching land of Nathan DAVIS and great road, also meadow 
next to John HOBBERD'S with certain rights and restrictions. Son Isaac 
all remainder of estate, he paying legacies amounting to three hundred 
pounds - mentions daughter Elizabeth DAVIS, grandsons Isaac and 
Benjamin DAVIS and James and Hervey PENNELL as receiving legacies.
Exrs: Son Isaac and cousin John HIBBERD.
