Delaware Co Wills, 1789-1834

HOLSTON, JOHN, Edgemont.
March 11, 1795 - April 14, 1796. Recorded May 11, 1796.
Wife Martha HOLSTON to have home privileges and annuity charged on 3 
sons John, Benjamin and Joseph who get the plantation share and share 
alike, son George HOLSTON (minor) 200£, daughter Ann CALVART wife of 
Daniel land in Middletown. Legacies to daughters Mary SILL, Sarah 
McCARTY and Phebe HARDIN. Residue of estate to three sons first 
mentioned subject to payment of these legacies, James GIBBONS, John 
EDWARDS, Jacob MINSHALL, James SILL and Thomas BISHOP trustees for 
dividing plantation. Exrs: Sd. wife and friend John EDWARDS.
