Housekeeper Hannah GRIFFITHS and heirs the John MULLIN house and lot also woodland adjoining the Forge Road on the north west side of same. Richard SCOTT son of John and Ann, of Willistown, rest of home plantation subject to payment of certain legacies. Charles BARRINGTON and heirs of Philadelphia, land in Edgmont called Hunting Hill formerly property of brother Jonathan HUNTER, December'd., Executors to sell lands in Honey Brook Twp. Chester County tenanted by Nathaniel IRWIN and title to property known as the Bull's Head Tavern and two lots in Burrow of Chester also formerly brother Jonathan's, cousin Mary wife of Jesse SMEDLY, Elizabeth and Ann daughters of John and Ann SCOTT, Eli YARNALL in trust for Friends Middletown Meeting, Hunter SMEDLEY son of Jesse and Mary, cousin Martha wife of Charles BARRINGTON.
