August 20, 1798 - November 19, 1798. Children: Hannah and Thomas both minors, appoints William GARRET of Willistown and aunt Hannah RITTENHOUSE as guardians of their education. John JACOBS a brother in law, Mary PENNEL, daughter of brother Thomas PENNEL. Mentions land in Westmoreland County, patented by husband Thomas, another tract in Middletown inherited from father Robert PENNEL bounded by lands of Robert PENNEL, Sr. and Jr. both to be sold and proceeds to two children. In case of their decease the children of brothers Thomas and Joseph, sisters Mary FAIRLAMB and Abigail NEWLAND to receive fifths, residue to uncle Isaac JACOBS, sister Phebe HOBSON and uncle Jesse JACOBS.
