April 28, 1792 - December 23, 1793. One half profits on estate to wife Abigail until her death. Abigail MILES daughter of Richard MILES of Tredifferin to have property in Radnor and Tredifferin townships and now in possession of Richard MILES, also to Sarah sister of Abigail 20£, a tract formerly owned by Timothy DAVIS to Edwin PUGH son of John PUGH of Radnor. Five pounds to Mary HOULSTON, daughter of Peter HOULSTEIN - mentions Edward SITERS, son of Adam SITERS of Philadelphia as great grandson of his father Edward JONES and leaves to him his plantation of 130 acres in Radnor, he to pay certain bequests to niece Mary WALTS, Evan WALTS son of Mary and to Dinah daughter of same. Legacies to Dr. John DAVIS and Ann wife of Aaron ASHBRIDGE of Philadelphia and Hannah SITERS. Legacies to Evan, Samuel and John, children of Richard MILES and Joseph, Amelia, Elijah, John and Mary, children of John PUGH. Exrs: Dr. John DAVIS and Richard MILES. All legacies to paid in spanish silver milled dollars at seven shillings and six pence each and weighing seventeen pennyweights and six grains each or other gold or silver of like value. Wits: H.
