Delaware Co Wills, 1789-1834


KERLIN, WILLIAM, Borough of Chester.
November 28, 1804 - April 29, 1805.
Provides for wife Catharine. Plantation in Nether Providence bought of 
James WITHY, lot on Chester Creek bought of James SPARKS, Isaac TUCKER 
tenant? 14 acres bounded by Chester Creek, Concord Road and land of 
Jonathan PENNELL and Isaac EYRE, Esq., called the Mazard Lot all to be 
sold. Son William lot purchased by Eleazer OSWALD, son Abraham lot and 
tenements in possession of Valentine DICK and John BEATTY, 8 acres of 
John EYRE also tract bought at Sheriff's sale, estate of Edward VERNON 
called Fairfield. Son John the barn lot bounded by lands of William 
SHARPLESS and Jonas EYRE, he to have the home after wife's death. 
Daughter Sarah PIPER the Tavern property corner of Free and High 
Streets. Grandson Kerlin BURNS and Mathias BURNS to have frame messuage 
north east corner of Middle and West Streets subject to life interest 
for their mother Margaret BURNS, grandsons John and William ODENHEIMER 
and George Henry KIRLIN (minor).
