Son William lot purchased by Eleazer OSWALD, son Abraham lot and tenements in possession of Valentine DICK and John BEATTY, 8 acres of John EYRE also tract bought at Sheriff's sale, estate of Edward VERNON called Fairfield. Son John the barn lot bounded by lands of William SHARPLESS and Jonas EYRE, he to have the home after wife's death. Daughter Sarah PIPER the Tavern property corner of Free and High Streets.
