June 20, 1791 - ____ Moneys arising from sale to be placed at interest until youngest daughters Ann and Martha arrive at the age of 21 years being twins - mentions also daughter Elizabeth and her son Hugh, also sons Benjamin, John and George, daughters Margaret and Mary. April 13, 1791 John KERNS renounced executorship. April 13, 1791 adjudged a good nuncupative will on testimony of Thomas McCULLOUGH, Hannah McCULLOUGH, William McCARTY, Benjamin KERNS and George KERNS. Exrs: Son John KERNS and friend and kinsman Mr. William McCARTY. Later William McCARTY made sole executor. #26.
