Chester County May 20, 1788 - January 6, 1795. Grandson David LEWIS, minor, to have westernmost tract in Newtown and pay his brother Allixander and his sisters Siscela and Mary £150 for the three. Son Henry 60 acres bought of John MORRIS, about 20 acres adjoining land of Richard FAWKES and John JONES and 54 acres in Newton he paying daughters Mary and Hannah each 20£, wife Jane and daughters while single to have use of homestead, son Lewis the rest of the plantation, he to have all right and title to land in Cumberland County - mentions daughter Rachel as widow of Isaac DAVIS.
