September 17, 1802 - March 26, 1804. Plantation between Springfield Road and Darby Creek to son Israel except one lot for building on, also six acres of woodland; the rest to son Josiah and his lawful issue. To son Isaac the plantation on which he now lives in Upper Darby subject to payment of £400 (one year after mother's decease). To sisters Jane, Ann, Elizabeth, Esther, Phebe and Amy, plantation between Isaac's and Darby Creek to son Ephraim. Exrs: Two eldest sons Israel and Isaac. Wits: John DAVIS, Peter YARNALL and John HIBBERD. An unsigned codicil dated August ___ 1803 mentions decease of Jane. #229.
