LOWNES, HUGH, of Springfield.
September 1, 1811 - March 29, 1816.
Children Joseph, "Benanwell," Elizabeth & Sidney and heirs. Land to be 
divided by Committee of 5 or 7 friends and Joseph to have first choice. 
Mentions Elizabeth Redmond. Brother in law Owen Rhoads and kinsman 
George B. Lownes, trustees for Benanwell.
Exrs: Son Joseph and bro. in law Owen Rhoads.
