Gives son John MIERS the plantation in Concord subject to certain incumbrances, also in New Castle Hundred lies a part of the legacies to be paid to four daughters hereafter named. Personal property and real estate near Reading to be sold. Son Henry, plantation and saw mill in Thornbury subject to payment of 242£. Legacies to daughters Rebeckah HOOPES, Elizabeth PEIRCE, Phebe and Sarah MIERS with home privileges on John's plantation until married. Exrs: Son John and my friend Thomas MARSHALL of Concord.
