To wife Mary the use of plantation, containing 135 acres in Ridley,
during widowhood unless we have a child which lives to maturity
otherwise at her decease to brother George Culins children by my sister
Margaret, viz John, George, Morton, Daniel and Jonas, remainder to
wife. 

Executors: brothers George Culin and Adam Archer, both of Ridley. 
Witnesses: John Hallowburton, Andrew Archer, Thos. Worth Jr.
