Witnessed April 7, 1789 - July 28, 1791. Son Richard NUZUM the plantation on which he lives, except the stone house, smith shop &c, willed to grandson Thomas NUZUM; also gives Thomas fifty acres bought of Andreas JOHNSTON, James KERR (weaver) to have the weaver's shop as long as he pleases, he to have free egress &c. to and from the same without any hindrance or molestation.
