Delaware Co Wills, 1789-1834

PEDRICK, THOMAS, Chester.
December 18, 1798 - May 7, 1799.
William GRAHAM and James SHAW to sell all real estate and pay interest 
of same to daughter Elizabeth during life. Legacies after her death, to 
Caleb BIRCHALL, Daniel PEDRICK'S son Thomas, Ann BUCKLEY, Thomas PARSON,
James BIRCHALL and each of the children of Caleb BIRCHALL, residue to 
sd. James and Caleb BIRCHALL, their heirs and assigns.
