Delaware Co Wills, 1789-1834

PENNELL, JOSEPH, Philadelphia.
May 1, 1763 - May 10, 1796.
Executors to sell all estate in Chester County, proceeds as per 
agreement with mother, brother and sisters dated April 25, 1763. 
Legacies to Pennsylvania Hospital, Abigail GRIFFITTS widow of William, 
merchant, of Philadelphia, niece Eleanor GRAHAM, Jr., daughter of 
sister Abigail (to father for her use), brother John PENNELL Int. 
Rights and Title to Darby Library,one fourth all other estate to sister 
Abigail GRAHAM, the other three quarters to brother John and sister 
Mary PENNELL, minors, executors to pay £15 yearly to mother Mary 
PRESTON. Exrs: Uncle Robert PENNELL and brother in law Henry Hall 
GRAHAM. Wits: Jno. FAIRLAMB, December'd., Jeremiah CLOUD (absent) and
