CAWLEY, grandchildren named David, Ann, Margaret, Elizabeth, Cerwriah 
and Clementine PHILLIPS all children of son John PHILLIPS, Margaret 
CAWLEY and David CAWLEY. Jesse BROOKES, Daniel ABRAHAMS and Edward 
SITER to settle disputes. Exrs: Son George PHILLIPS and son in law 
Samuel CAWLEY. Wits: Benjamin DAVIS, Jesse BROOKE and Edward SITER.
