POWELL, JOHN, Chester Township.
December 8, 1818 - March 17, 1819.
Wife Ann, children: Isaac, Margaret and six minors: George, John, 
Elizabeth, Sarah, Martin and James - mentions Isaac's settlement with 
Elizabeth PYLE's estate - mentions in connection with land, Isaac 
BARTON, Joseph SWAFFER, Joseph ENGLE and Samuel WEST. Division of 
estate not till youngest child is 14. Codicil of January 30, 1819 
refers to occupancy of part of homestead by Margaret so long as she 
stays single. Exrs: Sd. wife, John SHARPLESS and Enos SHARPLESS.
