December 22, 1823 - March 27, 1833.
Wife Prudence, children: John, Joseph, Robert, Rebecca PETERS wife of 
Pennell PETERS, and Dutton PYLE, December'd.
Exrs: Son John PYLE and James BRATTEN of U. Chichester.
Wits: R. M. HUSTON and Aaron HUSTON.
Codicil February 25, 1826 mentions death of son Joseph, wife name Mary, 
appraisers, Joseph PALMER, blacksmith and Nathaniel NEWLIN, 
storekeeper. Wits: Rolph C. MARSH and Joseph PALMER, B.S. #809.
