Provides for wife Rebecca, daughter Elizabeth L. REECE to have plantation inherited from father Jesse REECE, brother Enos REECE plantation in Tredyffren, Chester County, lines of David MAXWELL, John HENRY less 5 acres of quarry, etc., also lot adjoining Adam RICKABOUGH bought of Rebecca and Elizabeth LOWELLIN subject to $2000 to sister Debby REECE and annuity of $60 to sister Mary BAKER and $1000 at her decease to her children, £50 in trust to William LATTY, for use of Presbyterian Congregation in the Valley. Daughter Elizabeth L. REECE the Limestone Quarry, should she die without issue then her share to brother Enos REECE he paying sister Debby REECE $5000 and $5000 to heirs of sister Mary BAKER.
