Delaware Co Wills, 1789-1834

RHOADS, ELIZABETH, Marple Twp. Chester County.
July 28, 1788 - June 13, 1795.
House and lot in Philadelphia to son Joseph, plantation in Springfield 
to son Owen, Legacies to daughters Hannah, Rebeckah and Tacy - mentions 
grandson John Owen RHOADS and other grandchildren: George and Joseph 
RHOADS (Elizabeth RHOADS), James, Elizabeth and Nathan GARRETT, Joseph 
LOWNES and Elizabeth DAVIS. Codicil April 10, 1795 (recorded May 6, 
1796) mentions decease of daughter Hannah, her legacy to her children: 
James, Elizabeth and Nathan GARRETT. Wits: Daniel RIDGWAY and Mary M. 
FERGUSON. Exrs: Sons Joseph and Owen.
