Delaware Co Wills, 1789-1834


RHOADS, JOSEPH, Marple.
August 17, 1801 - June 16, 1809.
To wife Mary, half plantation on east side of Marple Street where I 
dwell except the Tan Yard and building also house and lot in Church 
Alley, Philadelphia and then to seven children: James, George, Joseph, 
Elizabeth, Rebeckah, Phebe and William residue to be divided each 
daughter two thirds as much as each son. codicil January 17, 1805.
Wife renounced.
Exrs: Sd. wife, brother Owen and brother in law Joseph DAVIS.
