To son John 15 acres 99 per of land adj that I formerly gave him, also
another tract containing 4 1/2 acres and lott in Chester. To son Daniel
the land I now live upon with 48 acres over the creek in Chester
Township in all 258 acres also stock. To daughter Phebe Hibberd the
tract of land I bought in Whiteland. To daughter Hannah Howard £50. To
daughter Anne Bond £50. To 2 grandsons George and Joshua Smedley £10
each. To granddaughter Hannah Sharpless £10. To sons in law George
Smedley, Benja Hibberd and Samuel Bond 40 shillings each. To son in law
Henry Howard, bond of £10. To kinswoman Phebe Swarford 40 shillings.

Executors: sons John and Daniel.
