To eldest son William SHARPLESS and heirs the property by deed of gift from her father Jonas PRESTON, also adjoining marsh purchased from Joseph RUSSELL and wife, sd. William to pay to other children £260 - mentions land on Chester Creek adjoining Isaac EYRE, also lot given by her father. Daughter Jane SHAW'S share to be in hands of executors.
