Son James SMITH all plantation lying east side of Wilmington Road and other "peese" of the west side of the said Rode beginning at the corner of Nathaniel NEWLIN land in said Rode thence along said Rode to a stone which Thomas and James SMITH put in for a corner for them etc. NEWLIN line etc, Thomas the remainder in Concord, also a piece in Birminham which he now lives on.
