To wife Martha the plantation I now live on in Thornbury containing 146 acres, during life and after her decease to son Philip. To son John my plantation in Concord containing 100 acres, purchased of James Chevers. To son Jacob the northern half of my tract of 500 acres in Bradford, also my large surveying instruments. Authorizes executor to make title to 100 acres in Aston sold to Jas. Widdows and 100 acres in Kennet sold to Joseph Taylor. Remainder of real estate to be sold and divided among wife and 5 children, viz John, Philip, Jacob, Ann and Mary in equal shares. Executors: wife Martha and son John.
