Plantation leased to Jacob RINALS to his brother Thomas SMITH. Legacies 
to sisters Margaret SMITH and Rebecca SMITH when they reach age of 
eighteen years. Plantation leased to Jos. PENROSE and also the meadow 
land on the Darby Creek by the Ferry to brother Luke SMITH he paying 
the above sisters £100 a piece at above age.
Probated November 2, 1789 on application of William WORRALL and Phoebe 
WORRALL. Wits: William WORRALL, Phoebe WORRAL and Joseph KING. #2.
