Delaware Co Wills, 1789-1834


WEST, WILLIAM, farmer, Upper Darby.
May 7, 1808 - January 4, 1809.
Wife Hannah, children: Samuel and daughter Mary, William, Rebecca, 
Hannah PUSEY, Hannah, widow of son Passmore and Samuel son of same, 
John, James, Benjamin and Sarah. Land in Loudon County, Va. to son John,
to James for life house and lot east side of Del. Front St. between 
Mulberry and Sassafras then to Mary daughter of Samuel. Benjamin rest 
of houses in same square. Residue to wife and 5 children excepting John 
and James. Wits: Israel ELLIOTT, Mary ELLIOTT and Daniel FLETCHER.
Exrs: Wife, Sarah, William and Samuel.
Wits: Jno. THOMSON, Joseph LEVIS and P. THOMSON.
Codicil of May 30, 1808 revokes legacy to Samuel son of Passmore and 
gives it to Sally Ann, daughter of same. #305.
