WITHY, JAMES, Borough of Chester.
July 28, 1811 - September 12, 1814.
Children: Elizabeth BIOREN and Sarah STILLE, wife of Thomas. All 
residue in U. S., Great Britain or else where to wife Elizabeth WITHY 
and her children. Judge CROSBY renounced September 14, 1814.
Exrs: Sd. wife and friend Judge John CROSBY.
