Wife Jane, all incomes until Alben is of age, children: Mary PENNELL, 
Isaac, Sidney, Rachel, Rheuben, James and Alben - mentions property 
occupied by David COWPLAND - mentions a joint road with Abraham 
PENNELL. Exrs: Sd. sons Isaac and James.
