His handwritten signature is different from prothonotary. The application of Declaration of Intention is pretty basic information. Additional Comments: The surname is GEITNER.......considering the accents, and seeing it spelled as Geidner...I am sure it was written as spelled. His handwriting appears more like Geitner.
