in the corner it says 28 R (I assume this is the book this came from).  His 
handwritten signature is different from prothonotary.  The application of 
Declaration of Intention is pretty basic information.


Additional Comments:
The surname is GEITNER.......considering the accents, and seeing it spelled as 
Geidner...I am sure it was written as spelled.  His handwriting appears more 
like Geitner.  On interrment records I discovered he was from Wilfertshofen, 
Lauterhofen, Bavaria.
