The remains were brought to the Smith funeral home here on Saturday and prepared for burial. Funeral services were held from the Funeral home on Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock. Rev. P. K. Scott officiating and burial was made in Wildwood cemetery in the family plot. Mr. Lucore was born in Elk County, March 24, 1894. He was the son of the late Harvey J. and Lucy Mead Lucore. He was united in marrisage with Ortha M. Hicks, who made her home with the deceased brother, Charles and his wife but whose original home was in Clarion county, the marriage taking place at Smethport on January 24, 1933. Mr. Lucore, who was a brother of the late Charles Lucore and Steve Lucore, both well known in Brockway and vicinity, followed the occupation of lumbering in his early life, and for years was a valued employee of the Central Pennsylvania Lumber Co. He is survived by his widow, three brothers, Edward of Hazelhurst; Robert, of Elmira, NY; Lemuel, of Denver, Colorado; and three sisters; Mrs. Della Turley, of Weedville, PA; Mrs. Blanche Turley, of Medix Run, PA, and Mrs. Laura James.
