Turley, age 67, of 1127 Marne Rd., Erie, Pa., died Tuesday, May 21st at the Hamot Medical Center in Erie. Mr. Turley was born on Weedville in April 10, 1907, son of the late E. Walter and Helen Blanche Lucore Turley. He lived in Erie for the past 32 years, where he managed the U.L.C. Club for 23 years prior to his retirement 2 years ago. He was a member of the Gem City Gun Club and the National Rifle Association. He was also a member of the Wayne Park Baptist Temple in Erie. Survivors include his wife, Velma E. Smith Turley, one sone Ronald A. Turley of Clearfield, Pa, on sister, Mrs. Charles (Violet) DeHaven of DuBois, Pa. Five grandchildren and several nephews and nieces also survive. He was preceded in death just recently by his mother, Helen Blanche Turley on April 27, 1974. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Bailey Funeral Home at 2607 Buffalo Road, Erie, Pa on Thursday from 7 to 9 where services will be conducted Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. by his pastor, Rev.David Mansfield.
