LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF THERESA SCHWABENBAUER  (NEE GEITNER)
   I, THERESA SCHWABENBAUER, of the twp of Benzinger, County of Elk
and state 
of PA, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and 
declare this to be my last will and testatment herby revoking and making void 
any and all wills by me at any time hertofore made.
FIRST, I will and direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as 
soon after my decease as may be conventional.
SECOND, I give, devise and bequeath unto my executors, hereintofore named, the 
sum of $500.00 to be expended by them for Masses to be read for the repose of 
my soul.
THIRD, I give and bequeath the sum of $500.00 to each of the following named 
persons, - Bertha Riddle, Marie Herbstritte, Catherine Pfeufer, Viola 
Schwabenbauer, and Evelyn Schwabenbauer Dilly    . my children.
FOURTH, I give and bequeath the sum of $500.00 to be divided equally among 
Richard Snyder, Robert Snyder and Raymond Snyder, the children of my deceased 
daughter, Marcella Snyder.
FIFTH:  I give, devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate to 
my son Joseph M. Schwabenbauer.
SIXTH:  Since I have, during my lifetime, given my son, Joseph M 
Schwabenbauer, certain real estate and personal property, I request that he 
personally assume and pay the pecuniary legacies provided in paragraph third 
and fourth above if my net estate is not sufficient to pay such
bequests
SEVENTH:  I nominate and appoint my son, Joseph M. Schwabenbauer, guardian of 
the estate of any of my grandchildren who is a minor.
EIGHTH: I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, Bertha Riddle, and my 
son, Joseph M. Schwabenbauer, executors of my estate.
INWITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand and seal to this, my last will and 
testament, this 10th day of June, in the year of our Lord, One Thousand, Nine 
Hundred and Fifty-four.
Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named testatrix
as and for 
her last will and testament in the presence of us, who at her request, in her 
presence and in the presence of each other hve subscribed our names, as 
witnesses hereto.

Additional Comments:
She died May 12, 1958.
My father called her Aunt Teres.
I am told she was the family historian, held a wealth of names, dates,
etc.
When her brother Albert left with his wife for Oregon (apparently he was 
excommunicated by parents, etc.).....Theresa and brother John went to see 
Albert's daughter and young family, and was a delightful reunion.
