EAST SPRINGFIELD CEMETERY: West side of PA route 215, 2/10 miles north of US 
Route 20.
This is a large, well kept public cemetery currently in use.  On the east side of the lane 
leading directly north from the main circle is a row of closely spaced stones said to have been moved from 
the Christian Church Cemetery in East Springfield.  These stones are mostly sandstone and 
well worn.  A few are broken and some are buried with some of the inscription below 
ground level.  We read all the stones, but did not dig up below ground. Copied from north 
to south.
