She was the wife of the late Ralph E. Turley. She was born in Johnsonburg, Pa., August 20, 1907, the daughter of the late Gwilym and Elizabeth Davies. She graduated from Edinboro College in 1928. She taught in Johnsonburg and Sharpsville, Pa. until her marriage in November 1932. She was predeceased by her husband, Ralph; two sons, Alan and Barry; her grandson, Christopher; two brothers, Marshall and Gordon; and her sister, Juanita Burger. Theodosia is survived by two sons, Ralph Turley and his wife Ruthann of Cheshire, Conn., and Paul Turley and his wife Barbara of Wattsburg, Pa.; and a daughter-in-law, Kris Turley of Scottsdale, Ariz.; eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and two brothers, Gwilym Davies of Harrisburg and Arden Davies of Adelphia, Md. A memorial service will be held at the Lawrence Park United Methodist Church. Burial will be private in Glenshaw, PA.
