Dixon, Joseph T.    In the estate of Joseph T. Dixon, who died at the home of his
parents, John and Annie 
Dixon in Connellsville, December 5, 1914, the account of the administrator, who was
the father, showed 
total receipts of $6,191.13 and debts and expenses of $602.85, leaving a balance of
$5,498.28.  The 
deceased died intestate, and the court held that the father and mother were entitled
to the estate, which 
consisted entirely of personal property, and that the brothers and sisters of the
deceased are not entitled 
to a share in it.
